How It Works

OUR DESIGN AND REMODEL PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

In the initial consultation, we discuss where you are in the planning process, your expectations and the project budget, and action items to be pursued following the initial consultation. This is the first step in the exciting journey to your dream bathroom, kitchen, or full home remodel!

DESIGN AND MATERIAL SELECTION

We work with you to establish the detailed project scope. We offer design services, but we are happy to work with your own designer.

FINALIZE DOCUMENTATION

At the completion of the design, we present the project pricing, estimated project timeline, and the project scope in the project's contract.

PROJECT EXECUTION

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, new projects typically start four to six weeks after contract signing. We keep our clients updated through professional communication throughout the project to reduce client stress and manage expectations.
